Small Steps Big Changes is Nottingham's 10 year "A Better Start" Big Lottery Funded Programme helping children:
- To talk and communicate
- Eat well and be healthy
- Be confident, friendly and understand their emotions and behaviour
Headed up by CityCare - a third sector provider of community health services, SSBC is a partnership between the City Council, Health partners, Voluntary Sector Organisations, Parents, Families and Communities.
The programme is free and available to all families living with the council ward areas of Arboretum, Aspley, Bulwell and St Ann’s with children between the ages of 0 -3.
